Removing those NONDELETABLE items from your sony

With the t310 (all the t series I believe) you can remove all the non deletable items like images, ringers, and themes, by following these directions.

1 - backup any info u need (sim info like phone book will not be lost)

2 - initiate the full memory reset on the phone thru its menu system

3 - immediately after initiating the reset, time it until approximately 11.5 to 12 seconds then physycally remove the battery.

4 - wait 30 seconds. Now insert the battery.

5 - turn on your phone and check if the items are gone now, if not, repeat the steps again but pull the battery a little earlier.

This has worked for me in the past, so I can say it works fine.
