Talk to seyon get the quest - turn around then talk to Ronk and Teleport to zant - go speak with Ulysses - End the Quest Then pick up his Price List Quest - Turn around Speak to sharlin - tell her your done training - Your now teleported to ADV. PLains - And Repeate

I just created a char and in 11 minutes i was lvl 10.
